Item powers-on, charges, and appears to function properly.  Please buy a warranty from eBay / Squaretrade if you expect a warranty as this item comes with no warranty or guarantee.   See our photographs for actual condition.  Comes with a brand new after-market car charger and charging cable.    Battery was charged for 24 hours and then sat idle for 24 hours, maintaining charge.  Normal utilization may discharge battery at a more advanced rate.  The item is in a working state.  Upgrading the Operating System or performing any updates may damage the item and doing so is solely on the buyer's responsibility of consequences, i.e. the item becoming unusable.
